Considers the challenges and opportunities involved in managing innovation in high-growth and large organizations, including the design and execution of innovation portfolios, technology alliances, acquisitions and corporate venturing in large organizations. Also focuses on issues concerning organizational structure and incentives for scientists and engineers engaged in innovation and product development.
This course will be offered during the Spring 2013 semester.
