Afternoon Academic
& Cultural Program: We will visit the Archaeological Museum of Beirut,
and the Port of Byblos, the oldest harbor in the world, from where St. Paul embarked to Greece. Other attractions include the archaeological site around Acropolis, where traces all periods of man since the Neolithic are found. Byblos is full of history; the Crusaders left behind such vestiges as a Cathedral built in the 7th century. We return to Beirut at the end of the day.
