Kamala Grasso has over 25 years of experience in new product development, from upfront ideation and concept development all the way through to product launch. In 19 years at Bose, she led cross-functional teams to design and market many innovative new consumer electronics products. Most recently, she was Director of Global Market Strategy where she served as the connection between the engineering and marketing execution teams, and was responsible for developing product positioning, go-to market plans, and product launch communications. Prior to Bose, Kamala held senior roles at the MIT Center for Innovation in Product Development, Pfizer, Fitch, and Black & Decker. Kamala holds an MS and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
