Background:
Brian is the Cofounder & CEO of HubSpot. So far they have grown it to 300 employees since forming it out of Sloan 4 years ago and raising $65million in venture along the way.
Brian is also the bestselling author of two marketing books: Inbound Marketing and Marketing Lessons From The Grateful Dead.
He was VP of Sales at Groove Networks where he grew revenues from $0 to $20 million in four years prior to getting acquired by Microsoft.
Brian was also a VP of Sales at PTC, a company he joined when it had $11 million in revenue and left when it had $1 billion in revenue. He started the Asia operation and grew it from $0 to $80 million in revenue.
Brian holds a BSEE from UVM and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
