Eileen Wynne is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. She most recently was the Chief Accounting Officer of Analog Devices, Inc., a Fortune 500, multi-national, $45 billion market capitalization semiconductor manufacturing company. As a member of the senior leadership team at Analog, she managed mergers and acquisitions diligence, company restructurings, debt financings, and M&A integration.
As a CPA, Wynne spent five years in public accounting. Her last position in public accounting was as Audit Manager for Grant Thornton. Her client base spanned public and private companies in the plastic extrusion, adhesives, and die-cast metal industries along with non-profits.
Wynne received an M.S.A. at Bentley University and a B.A. in Financial Economics at St. Anselm College and has been certified with the Mass. Board of Accountancy since 1997.
