John Xin is a founder, CEO, and deep-tech operator with nearly a decade of experience building and scaling venture-backed companies from inception through commercialization. He is the co-founder and CEO of Lunewave, where he raised over $30M in VC/CVC/non-diluted funding, led global OEM partnerships across automotive, robotics, and defense, and scaled advanced sensing systems from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.

Prior to founding Lunewave, John held senior leadership roles at Liberty Mutual Group, American Family, and Strategy& (PwC), leading corporate strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale partnership growth initiatives.

John currently serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Martin Trust Center, mentoring founders across delta v, R2E, Fuse, StartupPass, StartMIT, and other MIT programs and initiatives.
