Demo Day showcases our passionate and talented student founders, featuring pitches of their innovative, world-changing companies solving the toughest problems across many industries. Following the presentations, attendees have the chance to visit each team’s Expo Booth to learn even more about our startups’ products and services.

Demo Day is the culmination of three months of intensive work and focus by our student teams. It’s the first chance to present their world-changing products and services to an audience of MIT students, mentors, friends, investors, and potential customers.

• Traditionally, our program concluded with three Demo Day events: the first on campus at MIT’s Kresge Auditorium followed by invitation-only events for investors, partners, and VIPs in New York City and San Francisco / Silicon Valley.
• In 2023, we started a new model for the conclusion of the accelerator
• ALL teams who meet the requirements of the program will present at MIT Demo Day (usually held the first Friday after Labor Day at MIT’s Kresge Auditorium + livestreamed online to a global audience) in front of a packed audience of friends, students, press, investors, and more.
• For those teams that continue with the optional fundraising extension, they will be able to take part in additional, by-invitation-only Investor Days held in New York City and Northern California (to be held some time in October).
