Rajesh Soundar (Sloan MBA ’18) is a management consultant supported by 18 years of sales, marketing, and operations leadership. His clients are C-level executives at SaaS/PaaS/IaaS startups and turnarounds to Fortune 50 firms such as AXA, where Rajesh joined the $22B Commercial Business’ Enterprise Data leadership team serving as Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff reporting to the Chief Data Officer, and driving digital transformation adoption globally.

Prior, Rajesh was on the executive team at multiple firms including Google-backed Samasource, serving 25% of the Fortune 50 with training data solutions for AI & ML models, where he led the sales, marketing, partner, and business development functions. At Genwi, a provider of SaaS-enabled enterprise mobile applications, and backed by leading investors including Elevation Partners and the founder of Poshmark, he led the sales and partner organizations through to acquisition by Persistent Systems (BSE: PERSISTENT). In charge of the U.S. go-to-market plan, Rajesh led U.S. sales for Belgian-based SaaS firm Luma Technologies, which was later acquired by Bynder. He also held positions at HSBC, HP Autonomy, and LinkedIn, and has been a startup advisor since 2008.

In addition to his operator background, Rajesh is a Fellow with Castor Ventures and serves as a Board Director for ATASK, the Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence, a Boston-based nonprofit helping over 1,000 Asian domestic violence survivors annually. Rajesh earned his MBA from MIT Sloan and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Santa Clara University.
