Diana Mayer is a financial executive who has managed business startups, execution of growth strategies, company restructurings, new investments, and investment exits. Her experience with major investors includes private equity, mergers & acquisitions, debt financings, and due diligence implementation. She has led many teams in diverse cultures and since 2005 has mentored emerging leaders at Harvard Business School and at New York University Stern School of Business where she was an adjunct professor for five years. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and an honors graduate of Wellesley College. She lives in Boston.
