Rachel Jarrett is President and COO of Zola, the wedding company reinventing the wedding planning and registry experience. A seasoned executive with an extensive background working at both traditional retail companies and ecommerce start-ups, Rachel oversees many departments at Zola, including merchandise strategy, strategic growth, operations, and financial analysis. Under her leadership, Zola has achieved explosive growth and is the fastest growing wedding company in the United States.
Prior to Zola, Rachel was the General Manager of Baby & Kids at Gilt Groupe. She also held executive positions at Barnes & Noble.com, FAO Schwarz and Babies “R” Us and Toys “R” Us. She is recognized across the retail industry for her ability to successfully implement strategic merchandising plans, driving sales and margin, and particularly as a leader in the children’s market. Rachel also advises on several startups, and is on the Board of Directors for KidPass, a kids activities booking site.
Rachel holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She earned her BA in International Relations and an MA in International Economics and American Foreign Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
