Carbion
Recharging the domestic battery supply, naturally
Carbion was founded by two MIT engineers driven to turn waste into value. Starting with a homemade reactor in our kitchen, we developed a proprietary thermochemical process that converts biomass into battery- grade graphite at half the temperature of traditional synthetic methods. Graphite is a critical material for electrification and energy storage, yet over 95% of battery-grade supply comes from China. Carbion delivers a cost-competitive supply, even without tariffs, while providing a low-carbon, domestic source free from geopolitical risk.
Clima Technologies
Supercharging the teams who operate buildings
Commercial buildings waste, on average, 30% of their total energy consumption due to inefficient operations, complex monitoring systems, unresolved equipment faults, and limited personnel resources. Clima Technologies is revolutionizing this space with the AI Building Engineer: an expert assistant that enables facilities
managers to talk to their buildings in real time. This innovation unlocks automation workflows that permit teams to conduct 24/7 commissioning, act instantly on fault diagnostics, minimize equipment downtime, and optimize controls, thereby reducing energy costs and emissions at scale.
EzBEAT
Measure, improve and stay connected to heart health
(part of the 2024 cohort under the name Health Galaxy)
EzBEAT aims to create India’s first end-to-end database for identifying and preventing cardiovascular disease (CVD), gradually scaling this up to other non-communicable chronic conditions. Our co-pilot combines data from fitness trackers, partnered accredited diagnostic labs, and lifestyle information through our 30-day heart health competition where users participate with friends and family.

Generative design software for the construction industry
Let’s face it—construction is complicated. Manufacturers juggle many factors, including material costs, labor, manufacturing, transportation, and installation. All these moving pieces make innovation tough, driving up both expenses and carbon emissions. Forma’s generative optimization software empowers manufacturers to make smarter, faster decisions, while also reducing their climate impact. Whatever matters most—cost, material use, carbon emissions—we’ll help optimize it. The designs produced using our software are building code-compliant, fabrication-ready, and save up to 70% of cement and steel compared to standard products.
GrowthFactor
Expansion made easy
GrowthFactor is retail real estate made easy. We provide an AI-powered software platform and a fractional real estate analyst to our customers that they use to scale their retail footprint with confidence, where mistakes can be exceptionally costly. Our automated data analysis platform provides an instant analysis of their likelihood of success, and our fractional real estate analyst will partner with them to get their site from discovery to approval. We helped our first few customers open three times as many stores year-over-year while meeting or beating revenue expectations. The result? Our customers can more quickly find and serve the communities that want the goods and services they provide.
Kira
More water, less waste
Kira is an MIT-founded venture building technology that increases the efficiency and access of water desalination. Our adaptive electrochemical system handles variable power and water conditions, making high- recovery desalination and wastewater minimization affordable and scalable. From desalination of drinking water to industrial reuse, Kira unlocks high efficiency water without the usual energy or cost burden. With over 20 years of collective experience engineering water systems and building startups, the team is eager to scale this technology and bring water to new frontiers.
Kyma
Personalized care beyond the clinic
Kyma is an AI-powered patient engagement platform. In a healthcare system built for “sick care,” chronic disease drives 90% of the nation’s $4.9 trillion in annual spending, yet most prevention happens outside the doctor’s office. Kyma integrates data from wearables, smart scales, sensors, and continuous glucose monitors to track behaviors and draft timely nudges for physicians to approve.
This proactive, scalable approach enables providers to support more patients in less time, catch habit drifts early, and prevent disease— blending clinical expertise, behavior science, and AI to transform preventive care.
LNK Energies
The safe, affordable path to zero-emissions
Heavy-duty transport is one of the hardest sectors to decarbonize. Hydrogen has been championed as a solution, but high storage and transport costs hinder adoption. LNK Energies solves this with Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carriers (LOHCs): safe, room-temperature liquids compatible with existing diesel infrastructure. Our breakthrough is an onboard Hydrogen Release Unit (HRU), which extracts hydrogen from LOHCs to power a combustion engine or fuel cell—without high-pressure tanks and at cost-parity with diesel today. Our technology delivers a practical, scalable, and cost-effective path to sustainable transportation.

An adoptable pet is euthanized in US shelters every minute. Meanwhile, potential adopters struggle with a fragmented process that involves multiple applications across different shelters, long wait times, and frequent denials. Founded by animal rescue veterans, Mashi is a platform that streamlines adoption through a universal common application. Leveraging a proprietary algorithm, Mashi matches adopters with eligible pets based on shelter requirements, pet needs, and adopter preferences, and offers personalized recommendations for services and products to support new pet parents.

A personalized path to clinical recovery & reclaiming confidence
Mendhai Health is a comprehensive maternal care platform guiding women from pregnancy through postpartum recovery to their return to fitness. With expert pelvic floor and sports physical therapists, personalized daily routines, and continuous clinician support, Mendhai makes recovery seamless, empowering women to feel confident and never alone.
nami
Enabling clean hydration through convenient drinkware hygiene
Daily cleaning is essential to keep reusable drinkware free from bacteria, mold, and biofilm buildup, but most people don’t clean theirs often enough. nami is an automatic reusable drinkware cleaning station that delivers a hot, soapy, pressurized wash in under 30 seconds. It’s designed for high traffic spaces like universities, gyms, airports, offices, and hotels, allowing people to clean their drinkware before they refill. By providing a convenient, on-the-go clean, nami enables businesses to offer a visible, valued amenity while helping users turn drinkware hygiene into a lasting habit.

Spheric Bio is addressing this critical gap with personalized occlusion devices. Our soft, custom-fit bio-constructs are fabricated directly inside the body, delivering tailored protection and peace of mind.

Our networks in the Interior Design and Construction space helped us identify an acute pain point—the unstructured and fragmented way professionals iterate on drafting (technical drawings) and rendering (3D) for new construction or remodeling projects.
Our B2B SaaS, Trazo, allows interior designers and architects to collaborate on drafting and rendering in an organized digital environment. Our users can manage files, annotate, create tasks and screen-record on our platform. With Trazo, details don’t fall through the cracks; communication channels become less polluted and projects get done faster.
