Aarabi Balasubramanian is the founder & principal at EmTech Growth, a technology solutions startup leveraging emerging technologies for growth applications in healthcare, aging, and smart living, including daily care management for independent living and aging-in-place. She is a techno-optimist and very passionate about harnessing exponential technologies for societal progress.

Prior to her current role, Aarabi was driving strategic growth for Cognizant’s IoT Ventures group and she was also charting corporate strategy and M&A planning for digital business units. She has extensive strategy and operations consulting experience across life sciences, healthcare, financial services, and high-tech sectors. Aarabi holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala, India.
