Kimberly Boucher

Kim is a senior executive with 20 years of experience in P&L oversight, technology, operations, marketing, and digital media in both large scale and start up organizations. Operationally focused with a proven track record in driving top line revenue, branding, scaling and leading businesses, recruiting and onboarding talent. Able to rapidly synthesize complex problems/environments and translate into executable strategies. Areas of expertise include developing and implementing transformational business and brand strategies, driving collaboration, successfully selling leapfrog ideas to the C Suite, building and managing high performance teams. Direct industry experience in technology, communications, healthcare, aerospace and defense, food/beverage and health/beauty.

Kim trained in Fortune 100 companies including General Electric, General Mills, Inc and Gillette and held management executive positions in Lycos, Inc., The Boston Group and Analog Devices.

Kim ran Athletes Serving the Community, a non-profit in Newton, Mass and consulted to many non-profit clients such as Rosie’s Place, Jericho Road, Boston Partners in Education, Root Capital, and RTI International. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Ecommerce at Lycos, Inc. responsible for all ecommerce focused internet sites totaling $30million in revenue and managing 65 employees.
