Kim trained in Fortune 100 companies including General Electric, General Mills, Inc and Gillette and held management executive positions in Lycos, Inc., The Boston Group and Analog Devices.

Kim ran Athletes Serving the Community, a non-profit in Newton, Mass and consulted to many non-profit clients such as Rosie’s Place, Jericho Road, Boston Partners in Education, Root Capital, and RTI International. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Ecommerce at Lycos, Inc. responsible for all ecommerce focused internet sites totaling $30million in revenue and managing 65 employees.
